Known for creating handmade cigars at affordable prices, Nat Cicco has expanded its regular-production Casino Real line from five to six sizes with a new slender smoke. The upcoming Lancero will be introduced at the PCA trade show this summer.

At 7 1/2 inches by 40 ring gauge, the Nat Cicco Casino Real Lancero is both the thinnest and longest size in the line and will have a suggested retail price of $6.19. Like the rest of the Casino Real line, the Lancero is composed of a dark Ecuadoran wrapper with Nicaraguan binders and fillers. All of the sizes retail for less than $7.

Lanceros, also known as panetelas, are an elegant size, though their popularity has decreased in recent years due to the market’s increasing shift towards thicker ring gauges.

Shipping boxes of 24, the Lanceros are rolled in Nicaragua at AgroIndustrial Nicaraguense de Tabacos S.A.

After the Lancero’s debut at the trade show, retailers can expect it to start shipping in either September or October 2022.
